Roster-Yedek privacy policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026.

Who uses it

Roster-Yedek is a private backup tool. Its only user is its owner, who runs it on the owner's own server to keep a second copy of that server's files in the owner's own Google Drive. It is not offered to the public.

Google user data it accesses

The tool asks for one Google permission only, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This lets it create files in the owner's Google Drive and see, change or delete only those files it created. It cannot see any other file in the Drive, and it asks for no other Google data.

How the data is used

The files it creates are backup copies of the owner's own server. They are used only to restore that server if it fails. The tool does not use Google data for advertising, profiling or training any AI model.

Storage and sharing

Backup files are stored only in the owner's Google Drive. The Google sign-in token is kept encrypted on the owner's server. Nothing is sold, shared with or sent to anyone else. Backup files stay in the owner's Drive until the owner deletes them.

This website

This website collects no personal data: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no forms.

Removing access

The owner can remove the tool's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that the tool can no longer reach the Drive. The owner can delete the backup folder in Google Drive like any other folder.

Roster-Yedek's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
